Vintage Reader's Digest medium notebook

This came from a donation to UpEnd Notebooks by my Mom. Boy do I remember these books full of short stories, all in a tidy row on the bookshelf. My strongest memories around these Reader's Digests are about the pretty illustration they always had in the front, and the "Ex Libris" upon opening the book, so that's what we left in, and it may be the only books we have the "bit" in the front rather than the back.
